At Whelen Aerospace Technologies (WAT) , we are driven by the desire to remain on the cutting edge of design, manufacturing and technology. In order to uphold our commitment to innovation and maintain a dynamic workshop, we have integrated CNC, injection, sheet metal, and SMT technology into our own manufacturing arsenal.
In-house manufacturing allows us to streamline process, enhance our attention to detail, increase our quality control, and offer the faster turnaround times. WAT’s forward-thinking philosophy enables a broader resource for our customers.
We are only bound by the limits of the human imagination, as vertical integration allows us to design advanced solutions for each of our customer’s unique aircraft needs––regardless of the type of aircraft or flight mission. We have the capability to venture from concept to prototype in a matter of hours and collaborate with our customers throughout the design process.
Our mission is to get our customers to their destinations as safely as possible, whether they are landing a jet at night, leading an important search-and-rescue operation, defending our nation in the sky, or just flying for fun. Our in house design and engineering capabilities tied with vertical manufacturing enable us and our customers to excel to new heights.
